订货 GUARANTEE OF QUALITY:订货：卖方确保合约货物运输采用最好的金属材料、高超的用料、崭新、未使用过、产品质量和控制技术控制技术标准均合乎合约的要求The Sellers guarantee that the Commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and specification stipulated in this Contract.。

The Supplier warrants that the Goods supplied under the Contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials unless provided otherwise in the Contract, The Supplier further warrants that all Goods supplied under this Contract shall have no defect, arising from design, materials, or workmanship（except when the design and/or material is required by the Purchaser’s, specifications）or from any act or omission of the Supplier, that may develop under normal use of the supplied Goods in the conditions prevailing in the country of final destination.
货物运输的效期是从投入使用起12个月或交付后18个月，适用较短的时限（合乎合约双方书面效期协议的明确规定）采购方在效期内或效期后三十天内书面通告供应商在效期内货物运输在适当、正常使用下出现疵瑕，供应商应在不侵害采购方权利和补偿的情况下，根据采购方的选择，尽快完全免费展开维修或更改。
The guarantee period applicable to the Goods shall be 12 months from putting into service or 18 months from delivery, whichever shall be the shorter (subject to any alternative guarantee arrangements agreed in writing between the Purchaser and the Supplier). If the Purchaser shall within such guarantee period or within 30 days thereafter give notice in writing to the Supplier of any defect in any of the Goods as may have arisen during such guarantee period under proper and normal use the Supplier shall (without prejudice to any other rights and remedies which the Purchaser may have) as quickly as possible remedy such defects (whether by repair or replacement as the Purchaser shall elect) without cost to the Purchaser.

卖方对设备正常使用的质保期为一年，易损件除外质保期自签署“加装调试证书”之日计算卖方应在质保期内对正常操作的条件下出现的设备损坏给予完全免费复原或更改组件The sellers warranty for the normal use of the equipment is one year, except for vulnerable parts. The warranty period shall be calculated as of the date of signing Certificate of Installation and Debugging. Seller shall, within the period of warranty, repair the damage of equipment or change parts free of charge subject to the normal operation.。

Seller shall notify Buyer in writing at least twelve (12) months before the end of life of Products. Seller promises to supply spare parts for seven(7) years after the end of life of Products. If Seller is unable to meet the aforesaid requirement regarding spare parts supply, Seller shall provide replacement Products with the same function upon Buyer’s consent.

标准宽限时限为自交付货物运输之日12个月内假如梅塞县书面签订合同，若协议涉及DSEC提供首次调试或其他服务的，则宽限时限自交付项目的首次调试服务或项目环评之日12个月，但最长不超过货物运输交付之日18个月内若DSEC提供的货物运输在风险转移前已经存在瑕疵且该瑕疵经证明与金属材料或工艺技术有关的，客户在发现该瑕疵时须及时通告DSEC，则DSEC无权选择完全免费维修或提供无瑕疵的替代货物运输（“保修服务”）。
Should there be a defect in any Goods provided by DSEC and should notice thereof have been given in a timely manner, DSEC shall, at its choice, remedy the defects free of charge or deliver defect-free replacement Goods ("Warranty Service"), provided the defect was already present upon the passing of risk, and the Goods are proven to have been defective in material or workmanship.
